Yes, there is. You must be at LEAST 14. People who are any younger:
1) Don't have enough experience with life to help with disagreements, and very often are not mature enough for the job (There are few 12 or 13 year olds who have enough maturity to handle such an important job)
2) Aren't even supposed to be ON the forum (I'm allowing it because I'd be mean otherwise) according to COPPA.
3) I know very few people under 14 that have enough experience with horses to be really useful (no offense to anyone intended at all!)

*Exactly right. Not only do you need to be above 14 to even be on the forum, the maturity and knowledge needed to effectivly play SIM will not become umm "useful"(bad word but can't think of the right one) until that age, when situations and just horses become more involved.
