I'm Sarah. Im 14 years old. really short (5'1) I play Softball and i am a pitcher for both my school team and my little league team. i have been riding horses for 7-8 years. i have been playing sim for 2 years but it feels a lot longer. i don't own a horse (too expensive) but my favorite horses are New: dappled gray tb gelding 16.2hh 9 years old. great jumper tends to buck a little, which makes that much more fun Aspen: Dappled Bay Warmblood gelding about 16 hh cool jumper... he also bucks but that is cause he is used as a school horse and it has made him grumpy Possum!: 10 years old leopard POA reeeeaaaalllly fat! but he is like a sofa bareback! i ride at a place called Swift Creek. The person who owns it also owns two other barns the galloping field and matoaka. the galloping field trains grand prix jumpers. the person who owns it's daughter rides the grand prix jumpers (Sulu Rose) adios

oh come on, you're only 14! you'll still grow if not, you'll still be able to ride most of the shorter ponies or take up a career as a jockey Good luck with your riding and who knows, maybe in the future you'll have the resources to have a horse of your own. But hey, I'm so impressed you haven't let that whole "I don't own a horse deal" differ you from learning and having a blast with 'em.

LOL. Another useful idea: You'll probably never date a man who's shorter'n you. They all seem tall from down here, LOL! But more seriously, from all the guys I've ever talked to, they prefer short girls....says it makes 'em more cuddly. There are plenty of good things about being short. It just doesn't include a good view at sporting events & such. Just lots of backs & shoulders instead.

Woah! 6 foot, huh? Alrighty, I don't feel all alone anymore. Hey, being tall is an advantage to equestrians; nice, long legs for extra support and control.

LOL! I know what you mean; I've measured my legs, and they stand at a solid 3'6". Hehe, I normally shop at JC Penny or Gap for jeans, but now that you mention it, I'd better go take a look at Pac Sun! ;D
