Hey all. My name is Adrienne. I've been in sim for... sheesh... an embarassingly long time, lol. I started out back in the days of Horse Country, if anyone remembers that. Now I own TROT, which has fallen on some hard times lately but you can check us out at www.angelfire.com/country/TROT/TROT.html in TROT I own Running Freely Ranch. We mainly breed Qhs, Paints, and Tbs. I have Running To Win Thoroughbreds which is my Tb racing program and Running Freely Drafts and Draft Sport Horses which breeds drafts and draft mixes.
In real life I don't own a horse at the moment. I sort of "donated" her to my little cousins when I started college but her name is Ginger Snap. She will be 24 in June. She's a not quite 14.2hh bay quarter horse, welsh, morgan, mutt, Heiz 57 grade pony. But she's the best pony ever, of course! In the last year I've had some rough luck with horses, last summer I got kicked and thrown off and attacked by a horse I was horse-sitting. Then I agreed to ride a friend's "schooling pony" while she was pregnant because she wanted her to get more used to trail riding, but it turned out the pony didn't know how to walk down hill and since all my trails are on a mountain, that got a little rough. Then I tried leasing a horse recently but she had a real issue with me and after two days of riding and several attempts on her behalf to kill me, we decided it wasn't a good pairing.... so, to make matters simple, I'm not riding at the moment, Lol. Not until I find a truely bomb proof, child safe, million year old horse that can help me to rebuild my confidence. So, I'm back to playing sim.
I guess that's all the important stuff for now. Check out my barn some time I have horses for stud, horses for brood, and usually horses for sale or lease.
